Additional classes: The fees above are based on 1 class of goods or services. Where a mark needs to be registered in more than one class, additional class fees (both professional and official) are quoted separately.
Objections and oppositions: If IPOI or EUIPO raises an objection, or if a third party opposes your application, additional fees apply. Where this arises, written estimates are provided before any further work is undertaken.
Enforcement matters: Opposition proceedings, cease and desist correspondence, and infringement matters are quoted on a case-by-case basis. As a practising solicitor, all enforcement work is handled directly without referral to outside counsel unless the matter requires it.

VAT: VAT at 23% applies to professional fees only. Official registry fees (IPOI, EUIPO, USPTO, WIPO) are government charges paid directly to the registry and are not subject to Irish VAT. VAT No. IE 6647652H.
Payments: Professional fees are payable in advance. Registry fees are collected at the point of filing.
